​The one thing I never forget when I am carrying out this type of work, is that the property I am clearing may well of been a place which someone recently called  home. I purposefully use a non sign written van as I feel it is more discreet and more befitting for the service I provide. portfolio

Whilst I do not offer a general waste clearance service, I am able to offer a garden tidy up service. This add-on service is however exclusive to clients who are having their properties cleared.

 

What you can expect from me on clearance day, is the peace of mind you get from trusting your clearance to someone who has received removals industry training and who is an experienced house clearer. Most importantly of all, to someone who will always turn up once a booking has been confirmed.​

If you are recently bereaved I would like to offer you my deepest condolences. The most common question I get asked is

"How does it all work" and so I will answer that .

 

During our lives we gather things, sometimes those things become outdated by modern standards and others become surplus to requirement. Clearing a property ready for sale or let, is a process and when at the drawing board stage I think that it is important to take your time to put to one side the items which have sentimental value to you and the items which would be best looled at by a professional valuer.

 

Next, if you have a charity of choice and there are items they can use, if you book an appointment with them hopefully they can accept some items. But, the sad thing is, that sometimes it is absolutely necessary to earmark some items which can not be repurposed for disposal.

 

It is at this stage of the process that you are welcome to contact me, whichever way is most comfortable for you, in order to arrange a convenient method of offering you an affordable quotation to clear the property. Viewings do not usually take too long. They give me chance to think about the logistics of your clearance and to be in a position to be able to offer my most reasonable fully inclusive quotation.

 

I am tech savvy and so I have no problem liasing with clients long distance or overseas if need be. With your permission, I am willing to collect keys from estate or lettings agents and return them once the property has been cleared. Throughout the clearance, from start to finish I am able to keep you updated with progress reports and videos of completed jobs.

The way that I believe a house clearance ought to be carried out, differs quite dramatically from the companies out there who arrive in big sign written vans to perform an impersonal service. I believe that everything ought to be done with dignity and respect for the person who once lived there and that is central to how I work.

 

​I am not an antique dealer, or a shop owner, I am an experienced removals man with a waste carriers license who assists clients with items ear marked for disposal. If there are items in the property with residual value contained within them, I will acknowledge this and that value will be reflected in the quotation you recieve, offset against disposal charges and labour costs.
