House, garage and garden clearances completed in 2023.
I haven't cleared any lofts this year, but I do also clear lofts and garden sheds. I am also able to dismantle sheds, dismantle greenhouses and demolish old prefabricated garages and outbuildings.
Please note.
If there are any sign of sharps i.e needles predent as can be the case through no fault of the client if there have been squatters in a property. Unfortunately I will be unable to carry out a clearance of that nature as I don't have the proper protective equipment and I have not been trained in how to do jobs like that.
Also, if there are any mains gas, or mains electric appliances which have been earmarked for disposal, before I would be able to move them, they would first need to be disconnected by a Corgi registered engineer.
